Contract: Maternity Cover
Salary: MPS £31,650-£43,607 per annum
Whitleigh Primary School is excited to announce a vacancy for an EYFS Class Teacher to join our dedicated team on a maternity cover basis. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our school.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team as an EYFS Class Teacher to cover maternity leave. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact pupil attainment and achievement through innovative teaching and a strong focus on student success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality education for all pupils in your designated class
- Plan, teach, and manage class activities in accordance with the school's policies and direction of the Headteacher
- Identify clear teaching objectives and assess progress regularly
- Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters pupil engagement and achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the curriculum and school-wide planning activities
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Ability to establish constructive working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current educational practices
