About PLP
Plymouth Learning Partnership (PLP) is a co-operative community interest company run by and for the benefit of our member schools. We deliver a range of mental health, recruitment and property compliance services to support schools across Plymouth, Devon and Cornwall.
A collaborative partnership
Everything we do at PLP is achieved through working constructively together. From our MAST offering and training courses to our recruitment platforms, our services are developed through the combined vision of our member headteachers and our wide network of specialists. So we can offer what our schools really need, and to work flexibly to refine and develop the support we deliver over time.
Cost-effective solutions
We appreciate that school budgets are constrained, so offering exceptional value for money is important to PLP. Our structure as a community interest company means that our service to schools always takes priority above making money. All profits are reinvested back into PLP, enabling us to grow our support options while always keeping services affordable for schools.
Here for when schools need us
At PLP, we’re genuinely here to help schools succeed. Every service we provide is designed to improve education in our schools by helping them to address the challenges they face. From meeting urgent and long-term recruitment needs to providing essential mental wellbeing services – at times of immediate crisis and through building capacity for the future – we’re always here for schools.
