Frequently Asked Questions
How much do PLP’s services cost?
Prices can be found on each relevant service page across our website. You can also see all prices for the current school year in our Service Brochure. As a community interest company, we prioritise service to schools above profit-making, so our pricing is highly competitive across the board.
Which schools and organisations can access PLP’s services?
Some of child, family and school support services we offer through MAST are designed specifically for primary schools, SATs and MATs, although a selection of these services can be used by secondary schools too (feel welcome to enquire about whether we can help your school). All of our other services in staff recruitment and property compliance are available to both primary and secondary schools.
What geographical area does PLP’s services cover?
Our MAST child, family and school support services, and our Property & Compliance service are available in schools in and near Plymouth (ask us if you’re not sure whether your area is included). Our staff recruitment and supply teacher services, Schools’ Post and Supply Plus, cover all of Devon and Cornwall.
Does my school need to be a PLP member to use your services?
No, our services are available to all local schools. But there are advantages to being a member. Our membership package includes a selection of training and support at no additional cost, plus a discounted rate on our services, and the opportunity to have a voice in PLP’s direction.
