Caretaker - West Devon and Dartmoor

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon – Fri), all year round

Salary: STC Grade 3 – NJC Points 6-9, FTE £25,183

St Christopher’s is looking for a Caretaker who can deliver excellent H&S, Caretaking and maintenance to four small primary schools in West Devon.

You will help manage the maintenance and caretaking needs of schools in Tavistock and Dartmoor, assisted by the Estates Team and be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues.  Have a ‘Hands on ‘approach and competency in DIY and maintenance, understanding the level of statutory compliance required.

Reporting to the Site Manager you will be part of a small, passionate Estates team who work to create great learning environments in our 21 primary and infant schools.
