Engagement Lead

Grade: D (Full time salary £25,992 pro-rata salary £21,056)

Hours: 35 hours per week (39 weeks per year) Permanent

Immediate Start

We are seeking to appoint a motivated & experienced individual to lead on Student Engagement within our Onsite Provision (OP). You will be managing the smooth daily running of the OP, supporting students to re-engage with their learning & support the SEND team to identify barriers to learning. You will be leading on supporting the delivery of a bespoke plan of support based on the student’s needs, to include interventions & to provide an early help approach to supporting students as part of the OP team. You must be able to communicate effectively with young people to support learning & development, be flexible, committed & possess sound administrative & IT skills. The successful candidate should be calm, confident & demonstrate a professional approach in dealing with young people, staff, parents & external agencies.
