Salary: From £12.18 per hour

The governors would like to appoint an administrator to support a busy office & take responsibility for some of the finance & schools organisational functions.

This would be the ideal job for a candidate who would like to develop their skills in finance, administration & work in a school environment. The successful candidate will need to be confident in the following areas

• Good knowledge of word processing, excel skills, experience of organising & managing financial administrative systems & procedures in an office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to organise personnel administrative policies and procedures
• Understanding of computerised records (SIMS), computer literacy, attention to detail & the ability to be flexible & cope under pressure
• Knowledge of GDPR
• Knowledge of setting up and maintaining administration of computer systems
• Contribute to the over-all ethos of the school
