We are looking to appoint a skilled and motivated Teaching Assistant (with MTA role) to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is passionate about working with children to develop their skills, independence, self-confidence and social interaction;
• Has experience in working with children in schools and the ability to work flexibly and creatively as a member of a team;
• Has excellent literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to support class teachers in the delivery of the curriculum and in delivering targeted interventions and pastoral support;
• Has high expectations of pupils’ learning and behaviour in the classroom and the ability to promote safe active play opportunities in the playground environment.
• Will work together with other school staff and the wider community to ensure that our Church school vision is translated into action.
• Has a strong commitment to: safeguarding; equal opportunities; anti-discriminatory practice; data protection and the values and ethos of the school
