Contract: 12-Month Contract
Salary: MPS/UPS £30,000-£46,525 per annum
We are seeking an excellent, enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated and hardworking team as a Class Teacher. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-quality education for all pupils in your designated class
Plan, teach, and manage class activities in accordance with the school's policies and direction of the Headteacher
Identify clear teaching objectives and assess progress regularly
Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters pupil engagement and achievement
Maintain discipline and encourage good practices regarding behaviour and academic standards
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the curriculum and school-wide planning activities
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Ability to establish constructive working relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers
Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current educational practices
