Salary: Grade C (Actual Salary £20,211-£20,894)
Hours: Permanent (37 hours/39 weeks per year, term time only) Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 16.00/Friday 08.00 - 15.30
We are looking a committed and passionate Behaviour Assistant to work within our large pastoral team at Marine Academy. You will be a key part of large team working with our students to ensure that their behaviour and mindset are exactly where we need them to be in order for them to succeed. This is a very rewarding role where you will have the ability to positively impact on our students in a proactive and positive manner.
You will need to be a patient individual with a passion to ensure that our students receive the support they need if they are to have the opportunities to succeed after their education with us comes to an end. This is a very rewarding position and you will work within the behaviour team, Heads Of Years, Assistant Heads Of Year and the Senior Leaders for Behaviour and Attendance to ensure that our sky-high expectations of students are met at all times.
